Schedule a visit. Click on any of the links on this page to schedule your visit. In most cases we will be able to see you within a 2-hour window. Make sure you properly complete the patient registration form, and select your desired appointment time. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a message detailing next steps.
Prepare for your visit. Check your e-mail for instructions on how to prepare for your visit. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive those instructions via e-mail along with the web link for your visit. Please make sure to click the link at least 10 mins prior to your appointment time to ensure a timely visit.
Meet with your provider and receive your treatment plan. Talk to your assigned provider about the reason for your visit. Our providers will work with you to properly diagnose your concerns, provide you with care options including writing prescriptions if necessary, and instruct you on any necessary follow ups.
